Pretty straightforward gym, which I like. Since I’m visiting, they have an option for a drop in / visiting pass at ¥2,200. The weekend is busier, so I would suggest going during the week for more space. You do your own warm up, shadow box, and then the trainer will hold mitts for 3 rounds. I like to finish with bag work and then abs. There really isn’t a time limit for how long you spend.
